I understand that this membership is valid for the current calendar year and, if for any reason my application is not accepted, a refund of the dues (less a $1 transaction fee for electronic payments) will be made to me, otherwise, membership fees are non-refundable. I agree to be bound by the Bylaws of the Association. Also, if my position as stated above were to terminate, my membership would be suspended until I provide proof of employment with another law enforcement agency.
