2023 AACA Spring Training Symposium
The Arizona Association of Crime Analysts (AACA) is pleased to announce the 2023 Spring Training Symposium. This event will offer two days of dynamic training for sworn and civilian personnel involved in crime analysis, law enforcement investigations and prosecutions. A diverse offering of presentations include case studies, roundtables, technical and procedural trainings. Content will encompass tactical, strategic, administrative and intelligence analysis for both new and experienced practitioners. (Ret.) Day 1 Registration: 7:30-8:00 am
Opening Remarks: 8:00 am
Daily Training hours: 8:15 am - 4:30 pm
A social gathering will be hosted onsite on Wednesday, April 12 from 4:30-6:30 pm.
A barbeque lunch will be hosted on Thursday, April 13. Lunch on Day 1 is on your own.

IACA Certification Testing
The AACA will host IACA certification testing for both CLEA and LEAF on the morning of Tuesday, April 11 at this location. Testing is not included in the symposium registration. Those interested in testing must first receive approval by the IACA Certification Committee. Please contact [email protected] or visit the IACA website for further details. If approved by IACA to test, please notify [email protected] no later than Friday, March 24 to receive the exam schedule.
Hotel
The AACA secured a group rate of $135 per night plus taxes (approx. $152 total) at the Hampton Inn Phoenix/Glendale/Peoria (8408 W. Paradise Lane, Peoria, AZ 85382), located less than 1/2 mile from the Peoria Sports Complex. The block is reserved for the Tuesday/Wednesday/Thursday nights of the event (4/11 – 4/14).
