Spring Training Symposium 2026

Wednesday, April 8 - Thursday, April 9, 2026

Presentation proposals are now being accepted for consideration. This is an opportunity to share your unique skill sets and knowledge with your colleagues.  

All proposals must be submitted no later than 1700 hours Friday, November 7, 2025.

Criteria

• Presentations are generally 60 minutes in length. If you can teach a two (2) hour class, please indicate in your submission. 
• You can have one (1) primary presenter and up to two (2) co-presenters. Panel discussions may contain additional speakers, but they are not considered presenters. 
• The primary presenter receives free conference registration. Co-presenters must register to attend. 
• You need permission from your agency to present and attend before submitting.
• Limit one (1) presentation per submission. If you would like to submit multiple presentations, complete a new form for each presentation.

Selection

Presentation abstracts will be reviewed by the Symposium Planning Committee. Each presentation will be rated on a five-point scale for relevance, originality and contribution. Speakers are not rated for being a VIP in the field, by rank, agency or membership status.  

Persons submitting to present will be notified no later than December 5, 2025. For presentations selected, the (primary) speaker will have the registration fee waived.
